♥ How much do your plushies cost?

Plushies can range from $25 - $800 + . It really just depends on the size and complexity of the plush. Keep in mind that just because a plush is small does not mean that it's going to be cheaper.

 ♥ Why are they SO expensive? I can buy a plush for $30 at a store.   

A store bought plushie and a plush that is handmade are two completely difference things. These are not toys they are works of art and should be treated as such. The prices for my plushies are based on how long it takes to make them as well as the cost of the materials. I do have some plushies that are under $30 but those are typically smaller and less complex plushies.

 ♥ Do they come from an animal-free home? 

I have 4 cats that I love very much who do not have access to my work room and I lint roll all of my plushies multiple times before selling; however, they are in the home itself. Please take your health into consideration.

 ♥ How long will it take to finish my commission? 

I try to have my plushies finished within a reasonable time frame however I do also attend events where I sell at but will keep you updated via my social media outlets. Expect anywhere from 4-6 weeks to a few months depending on how many events and no health emergencies. If it has more detail or is very large it could take longer but I will update you throughout and you can also check out my twitch as I do sometimes stream while working on commissions.

 ♥ Can I pick up my plush at _____ event?  

YES! If we are attending the same event I can bring your plush with me and waive the shipping charges that way. Please make sure to let me know this prior to me charging you for shipping.

♥ Do you ship worldwide?

I do!! I usually ship through USPS with tracking;however, tracking stops once it has been sent to the country of origin. For countries with VAT I do not collect this. If you wish to have VAT included we can add it to my Etsy and pay that way as they do include the fees although the prices are a little higher on Etsy due to their extra fees. You can also opt to pay the tax directly once you receive the plush.

♥ How much does shipping cost?

Shipping depends on your location. If your plush is over 15” I will have to calculate the shipping costs once the plush has been completed. I can give you an estimate but won’t be able to give you an exact price on the shipping until I can physically get it to the USPS postal store as those plushies are very large and don’t fit in a traditional box. For sizes between 6-15” shipping in the U.S. ranges from $10-$20 to other countries it is approximately $24 - $50.

♥ Where are you based out of?

I am from Florida and work out of my home.

♥ How do you take care of the plushies?

Plushies are not meant for rough handling. They are more for display and/or to carry around with you. If your plush gets stained you are able to spot clean with a damp washcloth and can use lint rollers for small particles. Do NOT submerge plush in water or clean every day.

♥ Can you make a plush in this plush artist’s style/general style?

No. If you would like to have a plush with a specific style of another artist then it’s best to order with that specific plush artist. If however, you just want a plush in a general style/pose like touhou or beanie, etc. then yes I can do it in a general style/pose.

♥ Do you give refunds?

Refunds are allowed if I have not ordered materials and started on your plush. If I have already ordered the materials but have not started I can refund you 50% of the total. If plush has already started to progress I do not provide a refund. In the unlikely event that I have a medical emergency and can not complete your plush within the foreseeable future I will also refund.
